Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages promptly and securely.
- Plan efficient delivery routes.
- Maintain motorcycle and report issues.
- Document deliveries and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid motorcycle license.
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of local routes.
- Ability to lift and carry packages as needed.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with navigation apps.
- Attention to detail.
