Position Overview
- Leads development of insights via analysing internal and external data sources and drawing meaningful conclusions: Drives the metrics required to guide the execution of strategy across various customer and commercial disciplines Like RGM and Shopper / Channel development.
Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities
- Leads Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) Analytics projects in order to drive deeper understanding of customer and category insights in modern trade.
- Liaises with other functions to coordinate research and data requirements of the team and ensures timely conclusion of the projects.
- Supports the development of the integrated commercial plan for both Modern & Traditional
- Trade to impact the consumer at the point of sales linked to specific metrics.
- Enables exceptional execution.
- Supports development of activation toolkits and “how to” guides as required by project (eg: Revenue Growth Management toolkit)
- Responsible for assisting in implementing key initiatives in conjunction with the customer and commercial execution team (examples include deployment of Execution Cup, model market development, etc).
- Sources customer and commercial best practices and develop innovative.
- Ways of sharing these across the system to enable rapid deployment and scaling.
- Leads creation of Single source of truth for Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) KPIs
- Leads score carding and creation of a single source of truth database for the Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) KPIs (eg: volume, revenue, incidence, operating income growth, out of stock reduction, Right Execution Daily, etc).
- Serves as the liaison with Operating Unit teams to provide data and other routine inputs and ensures compliance to reporting routines.
- Develops & coordinates routines for the franchise team, working with key stakeholders. Reports status according to agreed standards / metrics.
- Leads and or supports special projects as required.
Education Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years working experience in Customer & Commercial or other related area preferably in a multi-country/multi-bottler environment.
- Advanced computer skills-MS Office, SAP, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, Reporting,
- Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of Nielson is an advantage
Work Focus:
- The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role and will combine experience in shopper and commercial as well as have a track record of success in a multi-country/multi bottler environment. Strong project management skills and a winning attitude will be pluses.

Job Title: Automation Specialist

About Your New Job
- The Automation Specialist reports to the Automation Engineer and is responsible for Carrying out maintenance of all electrical/automation equipment (bottling and utilities) and their controls while ensuring high equipment reliability, high product quality, zero safety incidents, and consistent delivery of budgeted volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Get involved in project implementations in the plant to ensure adherence to standard automation requirements for new and existing projects
- Ensure availability and regular updates of all user program backups for all automation equipment in the plant.
- Ensure availability and regular updates of electrical documentation for all equipment in the plant.
- Conduct routine Equipment health audit of all electrical controls of all equipment in the plant
- Ensure the use of condition monitoring tools for the routine assessment of automation equipment status in all plants and draw CAP for all issues raised.
- Adhere to set standards in the plant automation operating procedures.
- Carry out a regular inventory of automation spares and recommend critical spares to be purchased.
- Ensure attendance to shift handover meetings and document issues and potential win areas for implementation.
- Do proper troubleshooting and repair of all electrical and automated machinery and all related controls.
- Always ensure machine uptime by ensuring continuous engineering response improvement
- Ensure all breakers and fuses are adequately rated and set, and no vibrating or humming contactors or relays in the panel.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an electrical / automation engineering position
- Programmable Logic Control troubleshooting experience – Good level
- Instrumentation and Electro-pneumatics experience
- Sound knowledge of electrical wiring diagram.
