We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Admin Officer

Location: Onikan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

 

Credit Admin Officer at Moneyfield Microfinance Bank Limited

 

Job Summary

  • Responsible for monitoring and managing existing customers’ credit accounts, reviewing loan payment plans, and identifying potential risks or delinquencies.

Principal Duities and Responsibilities

  • Credit file collection, review, appraisal, and feedback.
  • Insurance for Credit Life, Fire & Burglary and job loss, and vehicles.
  • Typing of various loan offer letters.
  • Registration/retrieval of loan securities (collateral)
  • Registering and sorting of new and existing files
  • Loan approval monitoring for issuance of offer letter and disbursement.
  • Registration of outgoing and incoming files into the appropriate record books.
  • Filing of Client’s disbursement approval into their appropriate folders.
  • Registration of movable collateral on NCR to secure the Bank’s interest.
  • Disburse credit upload to various credit bureau.
  • Taking minutes of the meeting at Management Credit Committee.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Credit Risk

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies 

  • Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or any discipline.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in credit admin.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Good command in English in both writing and speaking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
