Customer Care Representative (Morning and Night Shift) at Mysuredeal Online Store

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Online customer management and ability to resolve issues.

Basic Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess OND / HND / BSc qualifications.
• Candidate’s Gender should be Female
• Within the Age range of 20-27 years.
• Residence within Ikeja or places closer to Ikeja should apply.

Salary:
N50,000 per month.
