Job Brief
- Our client needs a competent and hardworking candidate to employ as a customer service representative.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
- Collect copays and deductible payments
- Maintain and update customer and referral information
Qualification
- HND / B.Sc qualification.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
