We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Monitor all international express shipments
• Ensure the pick up of import Express Shipments
• Resolve all issues and complaints concerned within international shipments
• Process monthly invoices for partners and refunds for customers.
• Note: Kindly be informed that the started position is a contract role for 3 months with possible retainment, based on performance.

Qualifications

• NCE / OND in any discipline
• 0 – 1 year work experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft word.

Salary
N40,000 – N45,000 Monthly.
