Customer Service Officer at Diva Cakes
Principal Accountabilities
- To take and process customers’ orders, applications and requests.
- Maintaining an accurate database for old and new customers, phone calls and messages to daily birthday celebrants, prompt follow up on customer interaction.
- Initiate and solicit for sales of new or additional services or products. As well as maintaining a clean environment
- Ensure proper marketing and brand awareness. Promoting the organization locally by liaising with individuals, local, schools, religious organizations, newspapers and the community in general. 20%
- Prompt response to customer orders, inquiries, complaints and comments and to ensure customer satisfaction and delight
- Taking part in organizing special promotions, events and display
- An accurate record of daily stocks and sales.
- Carry out any other assignment that is assigned by the company.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
