Job Summary

• Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our brand. You will guide clients through their skincare journeys, turning complex routines into simple, effective rituals.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Consultative Selling: Conduct skin consultations to identify concerns (acne, aging, sensitivity) and recommend tailored regimens.
• ​Brand Ambassadorship: Stay up-to-date on product ingredients, clinical studies, and application techniques.
• ​Point of Sale: Handle transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor even during peak hours.
• ​Store Upkeep: Ensure testers are hygienic, shelves are stocked, and the environment remains pristine.
