Job Description
- We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist who will make it easy and effortless for all Bolt users regardless of their country or location. Let’s build the future of transportation together!
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Represent Bolt in Nigeria
- Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps
- Support our business partners in daily interactions with our users
- Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
- Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support
About You
- You understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile
- You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities
- You are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping others
- You can apply an analytical approach as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt
- You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
- You have excellent spoken and written English skills, any other language is a plus You are passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing Basic Google Sheets/Excel knowledge is a plus
