We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Support – Intern
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary
Customer Service Support Intern at Kwikpay Credit
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls from Customers
- Identify and assess customers’ data on through Application Merchant portal for followup
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information and report as required by the Customer Service Department.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within deadlines; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
