Requirements
- B.Sc / BA / M.Sc in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience working as a HR Generalist, Senior HR Officer
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, performance management, payroll and benefits administration etc.)
- Strong Knowledge of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS.
- The candidate should possess HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute).
Salary Budget
N250,000 – N300,000 / Month.
