Maintenance Manager at Simba Group Nigeria Limited
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations in our 2-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler assembly facility.
- This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimal downtime, and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead preventive & corrective maintenance for production equipment and plant facilities
- Manage mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and production efficiency
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Oversee spare parts inventory & vendor coordination
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians & engineers
- Drive continuous improvement, root-cause analysis & cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and OEM standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- 7–10+ years experience in manufacturing/automotive assembly maintenance
- Strong knowledge of TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance and CMMS
- Experience managing plant utilities (compressors, generators, conveyors, tools)
- Hands-on leadership, strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Experience in automotive/2W/3W manufacturing is a strong advantage.
