Job Title: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all matters pertaining to Finance
  • Financial Planning, MIS, Budgeting and Cash Flow Projections
  • Responsible for ensuring integrity, accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Supervising filing of statutory returns to regulatory authorities
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 7 – 15 years relevant work experience.
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in working within a financial management role including the review and/or production of monthly management accounts and VAT returns
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in producing and /or reviewing statutory financial statements
  • Excellent IT skills including advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • A proven track record of communicating complex financial issues and models in a clear-cut, concise manner to all relevant stakeholders
  • Proven analytical and modelling skills, and must be both commercially astute and a confident communicator
  • A good understanding and experience in the financial compliance issues in the banking sector
  • Proven ability to review and challenge assumptions within detailed financial forecasts.

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Head of Information Technology

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Ensure availability of the Bankone System to support the bank’s operations.
  • Prompt response to I.T related issues.
  • Liaise with core banking software providers on related I.T issues.
  • Maintain healthy and beneficial relationships with software vendors and technology companies.
  • Effective implementation and monitoring of IT-related budgets.
  • Support on computer systems, networks and other peripherals for optimal performance.
  • Ensure security of data, networks and other components/devices.
  • Monitoring activities on the bank’s electronic applications.
  • Oversee and monitor the banks e-channels and online payment platforms.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Prompt and seamless IT processes at Begin of Day (BOD), End of Day (EOD), End of Month (EOM) and End of Year (EOY).
  • Provide technical leadership in the implementation of the digital system and other automated platforms for optimal performance.
  • Manage and maintain, hardware, software, office networksandsystems across branches.

  • 0.01% margin of error around password and identity capabilities.

  • Update of loans on the Credit Bureau and CRMS porta within 5th work day in the month following.

Job Title: Credit Analyst

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Evaluating and reviewing of clients’ credit proposals for approval decision based on credibility, potential revenue and losses to maintain a good balance between returns and risk exposures.
  • Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) for Board’s consideration and approval (Traditional)
  • Conducting credit search from an approved Credit Bureau for facilities of N50,000 and above
  • Booking of loans in line with the credit policy and approved terms and conditions.
  • Proper documentation and updating of the loan files.
  • Collaborating with branches to achieve budgets on risk assets creation.
  • Prompt and accurate monthly update of loans on the Credit Bureau and CRMS portal
  • Render timely report to regulatory bodies (CBN, NDIC, etc.) when required, especially when the HOD is unavailable.
  • Preparing monthly Portfolio AT Risk (PAR) with a summary of loan loss provision required when assigned.
  • Performing any other function as may be assigned by the Bank’s Management and Group Executives.

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 6 years relevant work experience.
