Requirements
- Education to BA / BS level at minimum
- MBA or Post Graduate Education/Certification
- At least three years of working experience in a managerial role.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of working at a strategic level.
- Experience in project management.
- Resilience and flexibility, able to work calmly under pressure and deal with a fast-changing workload and sometimes demanding deadlines.
- Proactive, ingenious, and creative approach to solving problems.
- Ability to produce well-presented, coherent written and visual materials quickly.
- Outgoing, helpful disposition and the ability to deal with people respectfully, diplomatically and firmly as appropriate.
- Experience of effective teamwork in a virtual setting with staff worldwide.

Qualifications and Experience
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification.
- Minimum of five years in an executive management role.

- Proven competence in technology, financial markets or information and intelligence sectors.
- Strong project management experience.
- Ability to perform under pressure with resilience, agility and sound judgement.
