Job Title: Financial Reporting & Tax Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Permanent / Full time

Description

  • Perform month-end close activities which includes but not limited to: GL reconciliation/clean up, subledger module closure for all entities, run month–end accrual process and post into GL.
  • Prepare and submit monthly accounts, TB, and relevant schedules to Management & Business Performance Management unit.
  • Conduct variance analysis and periodic business performance monitoring on all assests.
  • Prepare annual Financial Statements for all the upstream companies.
  • Provide Internal and External Auditors with all necessary information to facilitate prompt closure of audit.
  • Supervise monthly tax returns filing and remittance.

Requirements

  • A chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) with Accounting, Audit & Financial Reporting (Major in Finance / Accounting) background.
  • At least 7 years of oil & gas upstream experience with an upstream Oil and Gas Company or reputable audit firm.
  • Previous industry knowledge with minimum of four years’ experience in Financial Reporting with detailed knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and oil and gas upstream, Oil and Gas Upstream Tax Laws.
  • Good working knowledge of ORACLE Accounting Systems, Sun Systems and MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Job Title: Reservoir Engineer

Description

  • Provides support within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure adequate reservoir management of the company’s assets.
  • Handle activities to optimize producing assets from a reservoir perspective leading to improved recovery, increase production and reserves addition.
  • Develop reservoir performance prediction and prepare estimates of in-place hydrocarbon volume.

Job Title: QAQC Supervisor

Description

  • Perform Pre-Job and Pre-Mobilization Inspections.
  • Ensure the quality of products, consumables and materials comply with requirements of established Procedures.

Requirements

  • Possess minimum of 5 years active experience in Oil and Gas QAQC activities for Drilling and Completion, Intervention, Production and facilities.
  • Demonstrate background and thorough knowledge to codes such as ANSI, B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 1104.
  • Familiar with NDT methods, visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, radiography, vacuum box testing.
  • ASNT/PCN level II RT, UT, MT, PT, RFI (Radiographic Film Interpretation) certification can be an advantage.
  • Familiar with welding processes, AWS – CWI or CSWIP 3.1 – Level 2 Certified welding inspector certification can be an advantage.
  • IWCF certification is not required but can be an advantage.
  • Experience in multiple operational environments -Land and Swamp, Shallow water and offshore is and added advantage Willing to travel and spend >50% of the time in the field locations.

  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Fully Vast with cost estimating Tools.
