Job Description
- We are Looking for a very Creative and Experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Wellness and Beauty Retail space, as well a passion for leveraging social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- This role involves creating and executing social media strategies, managing online presence, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Identify key social media trends and insights to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
- Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the other team members to create high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
- Buile a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hoot suite, or Sprout Social.
- Provide regular reports on social media campaigns’ performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand message and integrated marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand the company’s reach and impact.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Experiment with new content formats and platforms to drive innovation and audience growth.
- Cordinate market research and competitive analysis.
Salary
N2,000,000 – N3,000,000 Annually.
