Job Title: Housekeeper (Guzape Apartment)
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports Directly to: Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Main function: Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the entire apartment
- Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
- Fold terry, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are clean.
- Remove trash, dirty linens and room service items.
- Provide clean linens and terry for dirty ones.
- Answer immediately to requests from guests, as well as from other departments.
- Load cart with supplies such as linens and move it to the required areas.
- Enter guest rooms by adhering to proper procedures and ensure they are vacant.
- Perform a check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary.
- Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them.
- Carry out floor care duties in the hallway and guest rooms, and vacuum carpets where necessary.
- Adhere to all safety, security and company procedures and policies.
- Provide an immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problems, or accidents to the house keeping supervisor.
- Keep uniform clean and make sure to appear professional always.
- Ensure company standards are followed in welcoming and acknowledging all guests.
- Expect the service needs of guests and provide them even before called upon to do so.
- Genuinely appreciate and thank guests for their visit.
- Apply professional language in communicating with guests and other people.
- Greet guests and take care of requests
- Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of guest.
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.

Job Title: Hotel Freelance Marketer
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Hotel Manager and Marketing Team to develop and deliver the annual Marketing plan and budget in line with the hotel’s strategic priorities and revenue targets. ·
- Develop and handle the defined online and offline marketing campaigns and subsequently evaluate the effectiveness of these marketing / communication campaigns through effective reporting and if required make appropriate adjustments to future campaigns. ·
- Plan and execute content creation as well as briefings to agencies and ensure delivery in adherence with the brand guidelines and hotel positioning. ·
- Brief, supervise and closely liaise with the appointed Communication / PR agencies and ensure clipping files out of any coverage received. ·
- Act as the brand ambassador within the hotel, drive brand activation and ensure brand experience comes to live throughout every touch point within the hotel. · Run quality assurance and initiate and share the results of guest satisfaction surveys and guest reviews with the hotel team to enhance standards of guest service.

Job Title: Private Security Guard
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
