Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Ogba, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Elements of the Role
  • Report to the Assembly Manager
  • Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment
  • Perform supporting activities for engineering and manufacturing including Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures
  • Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve the required equipment uptime, equipment repairs, and production goals. Maintain department records and inventories
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current and accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
  • Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and the plant’s safety program
  • Work with employees to resolve technical and machine problems
  • Schedule preventive maintenance to effectively meet production needs
  • Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance
  • Oversee equipment upgrades and refurbishment projects, effectively coordinating with vendor support
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a Manufacturing or Assembly Plant
  • Strong preventive maintenance development experience and familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite




Job Title: Sales Executive (Automobile)

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Minna – Niger, Lafia – Nasarawa and Makurdi – Benue
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Elements of the Role
  • Report to the Sales Manager
  • Identify key market segments and develop demand generation plans.
  • Promote the company’s products/services
  • Identify new business opportunities and submit proposals/quotes to prospective customers
  • Develop sales presentations for varying sales meetings
  • Manage existing customers and business relationships
  • Obtain feedback and reports from dealers and local PGMs.
  • Meet assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annual)
  • Maintain an updated database of customers, with their sales records
  • Respond to queries and requests from customers
  • Convincing PGMs to use Genuine Spare Parts through OJT showing comparison with fake spare parts available in the market.
  • Assisting in managing all existing customers through regular communication with key contacts
  • Promoting the company’s products
  • Developing sales and operational knowledge of all our products
  • Conducting follow-up activities with the aim of exceeding customers’ expectations
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a sales role in an automotive company
  • 2W, 3W sales experience is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets
  • Professional membership in CIMN is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Title: Storekeeper

Locations: Enugu, Sokoto and Asaba – Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Elements of the Role
  • Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and maintenance of inventory
  • Organise, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals
  • Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Efficiently Manage available stock of spare parts in store
  • Supply spare parts to workshop customer as per request
  • Supplying spare parts to the dealer as per the order placed
  • Managing inflow & delivery of 2W, 3W, battery, inverter stock
  • Updating all stock inward / billing/delivery in ERP
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required
  • Daily Perpetual stock take
  • Ensure the store is clean and well organised
  • Arrange the spare parts well arranged on racks for easy identification
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum qualification Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in warehouse management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
