We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Web Developer

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a Web Developer who can translate complex HR systems into a clear, intuitive, and professional digital experience.
• This role extends beyond aesthetics, focusing on structure, usability, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and rebrand our website
• Design user flows for a Talent Recruitment System
• Translate business and HR processes into clean web experiences
• Collaborate on content structure, layout, and user journey
• Ensure the website reflects professionalism, clarity, and trust
• Optimize design for desktop and mobile responsiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in web design (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to design process-driven platforms, not just landing pages
• Attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to work with feedback and iterate quickly
• Experience designing dashboards, forms, or systems is a plus.
