tasks<\/li>\n<li>Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.<\/li>\n<li>Design new recipes, plan menus and select plate presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Hiring and training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers.<\/li>\n<li>Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen team management &amp; passion<\/li>\n<li>Culinary degree<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have at least 2-5+ years experience in an Executive Chef kitchen management capacity and excellent knowledge of current culinary trends &amp; technology.<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience in high volume hotel business or other multi-outlet business<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to manage a multiple menu, multiple shift high volume kitchen businesses<\/li>\n<li>Must be competent in culinary creativity as demonstrated by cooking test.<\/li>\n<li>With a strong knowledge of food cost and inventories.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess the ability to handle stressful, growing operation<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have good knowledge of computers (i.e: Excel &amp; Word).<\/li>\n<li>Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be comfortable speaking to guests and conducting meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a good understanding of cost control &amp;
