Customer Care Representative at Crystalite Care Concept
Responsibilities
- Answering question about a company’s services
- Answering both general and specific customer’s question about the company’s services is the key responsibility
- Processing orders and transactions
- Some of the basic customers service job is receiving and processing orders
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
- Delivering information about the company’s offering
- Providing the information about the company’s special offering and upselling related services,
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 monthly.
