Job Description

• We are looking for a passionate & resourceful Production & Quality Control Manager with a fast-paced, quick-service background to manage our busy facility day-to-day.

• You will be working alongside a very creative & diverse team.

Responsibilities (including & not limited to)

• Ensuring the correct items ordered leaves the kitchen.
• Ensuring portioningand packaging is kept at a standard.
• Ensuring meals are produced as quickly as possible by the kitchen.
• Ensuring consistency is maintained for recipes to keep taste constant at scale.
• Ensuring communication between customers & kitchen is seamless & requests are made appropriately.
• Researching & implementing ways to make production more efficient & seamless while keeping quality high/ consistent.
• To meet and exceed targets & KPIs (we are a data-driven company)
• Regular meetings with other senior management regarding production process improvements
• Effectively reduce wastage from negligence& customer complaints on forgotten items.

Preferred Experience & Requirements

• Three (3) years + of experience managing quality assurance for quick-service restaurants or commercial food production facilities is highly desirable.
• Innovative out-of-the-box thinker
• Tech-savvy (good with smartphone use & prompt responses)
• Resourceful
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• People skills
• Customer-orientated
• Excellent communication – Fluent English (written & oral).

Salary
