Job Title: Sales Operations Support
Location: North Central Region
Job Summary
- The Sales Operations Support role provides operational, analytical, and system support to Fintech sales teams, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective coordination of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports.
- Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes.
- Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation.
Key KPIs
- Accuracy of sales and transaction data
- Timeliness of reporting
- Agent onboarding turn around time
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales operations or fintech support roles.
- Strong Excel skills; CRM or dash board experience is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
