Job Description
- We are a dynamic and growing business, specializing in Real Estate Development and Property Management in Nigeria and the UK. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a talented Social Media Manager/Content Creatorto work remotely.
- We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content strategies to captivate and engage our audience
- Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging
- Create, curate, and schedule daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Utilize AI tools and Canva to create engaging content.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a community around our brand.
- Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a creative agency or in-house team
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and social media campaigns.
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva.
- Ability to use AI tools for content creation and management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing concepts.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field with 2 years experience
- Experience with video content creation and editing is a plus.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Salary and Benefits
- N250,000.00 – N350,000 / Month
- Remote working, flexible working hours
