Job Description
- We are looking for 50 diligent and detail-oriented outbound support agents with a strong telesales ability of calling customers with the aim of winning inactive users and bringing onboard potential customers.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum qualification of OND in any discipline.
- Must have good communication skills
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
Remuneration
- N40,000 – N50,000 monthly.
- Benefits; Salary + HMO + Pension + Overtime pay
